This was #53 on the 2022 priority list. Resubmitting because we continue to receive requests to hide fields that the library does not collect and move certain information closer to the top of the screen in the patron summary.

Just adding that we would like to see if there is any interest from others in this committee on this feature before submitting a Launchpad bug.
