The Oversight Committee is made up of organizational leaders from the ECDI member organizations and is focused on the governance of ECDI. The committee meets monthly.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Each ECDI Member who joins at Emerald or Above has one Organizational Leader participate on the Oversight Committee
• Facilitate communication between ECDI and partner institutions
• Participate in Oversight Committee meetings
• Balance priorities of individual partners with overall ECDI priorities in discussion and voting
• Serve as the finance and personnel committee for ECDI
• Approve annual budget
• Approve policies
• Undertake strategic planning
• Approve high-level development goals for ECDI
