This may affect other aspects of Evergreen, but my (personal) primary focus is on authorities work. When headings are updated in batch, the “Link Authorities to Recently Edited Bibs” script ignores those new/altered headings because the edit_date in the MARC has not changed and will not link those bibs to the authorized heading.
