Currently, contents of column headings cannot be read in full by hovering over cell. In addition, many fields are poorly named for narrow columns. “notify by phone” notify by email” “notify by text” all appear as “notify” in a narrow column. Starting field name with “phone” “email” “text” would greatly improve usability.
