Suppressing printing on a per Print Template basis

    My library requires Hold Slips to be printed, but hasn’t required Transit Slips in some time and recently did away with Hold Transit Slips as well. We’ve run into some trouble implementing this—the changes to the receipt templates aren’t as easy to make as they should be and our receipt printers still advance the paper a bit with each receipt that shouldn’t be printed, wasting paper. With this mind I’ve made two new entires on Launchpad:

    1. Bug: Print templates sometimes silently fail to save 1891549
    2. Enhancement: Add NULL printer to Force Printer Context menu 1891550

    If I understand the tags correctly, it looks like we will see Bug #1891550 implemented in the next release.
