Generate author pages (presumably based on authority records) that display all the titles associated with that author in a nicer format than the standard search result screen. Perhaps in a grid in chronological order?

It would be nice to include alternate names / see alsos / similar names, and have the option to pull in biographical info from a third party source.

I really like this idea. It would be similar to other shopping experiences, which I am sure patrons would react positively to. It would be also a good method of reader’s advisory to promote local authors or authors who are visiting or won an award.
