Non-public copy notes should be visible in Web client Edit

    When adding copy notes in the web client you’re given the option to make it opac visible. Doing so will display the note under the item on the title record detail page in the opac. If you do NOT enable this, there is currently no way to ever see that note again (save for reporting or editing the item and clicking the Copy Notes button to determine it’s note having-ness). Copy notes should be visible to staff without having to enter the holdings edit. (I’d love to see them in the the detail view of Item Status.)
