Angular administration pages are missing links to secondary administration pages

A number of Angular admin pages are missing links to secondary admin pages:

Z39.50 Servers: no access to Z39.50 attributes (bug 1834687)
Floating Groups: no way to configure group members (bug 1840287)
Record Matching Definition Set: no way to configure match set points (bug 1840294)
Hard Due Dates: no access to Hard Due Date Values (bug 1840385)
MARC Import Remove Fields: no link to enter tags for removal (bug 1847781)
