When viewing a patron’s record in the web client, account details display in the left sidebar. In order to see a patron’s hold notification preferences, however, the staff user currently needs to navigate to the Edit screen and scroll down to the user settings section to see the information.

Adding the patron user settings to the account details sidebar would make this information more accessible to staff and avoid opening the Edit screen unnecessarily.
Voted on several years back, I think it was merged with other launchpad items requesting greater ability to determine what patron info is seen on sidebar.
