Customizing grids in the Angular patron holds and patron items out interfaces breaks the customized columns in the equivalent angularjs interfaces. Customizing the Patron Holds grid in Angular results in only the hold status column showing in angularjs. Customizing the Items Out grid in Angular results in only the Title column showing in angularjs.

This issue makes it impossible to use both interfaces for a transitional period.
