The status of a line item needs to update appropriately when the line item has multiple items and those items have a mix of cancelled (the item is never going to arrive) and received (the library received the item from the vendor) statuses. Currently line items can still appear as on order when some items are received and the rest are cancelled. This is confusing for users when they look at a purchase order and it appears that there are still outstanding items when, in fact, there aren’t.
