(Item from 2023 Project Ideas) “The Patron Self-Registration form and registration process needs a little attention. There are a few bugs that prevent some libraries from using it due to its lack of functionality. The addition of a few wishlist items will allow libraries to better track the use of the self-registration and streamline the process to the benefit of the end user.
The main improvements would be to allow online card renewal & (temporary) new card registration, add a captcha to prevent spam and general improvement to accessibility and usability. “
