Project Ideas 2025/26 Long Overdue and Lost Items do not Display as Checked Out in the OPAC

When patrons have Long Overdue or Lost items, those items are not included in the list of their Checked Out items in the OPAC. They appear only as bills. Depending on settings in Evergreen, these items can still be returned rather than being paid for. There should be an option to include Long Overdue and Lost items in the Items Out display as well as in bills.
