If a person is added to a hold group for which a hold has already been placed and the holds are still being actively filled (i.e. there are unfulfilled holds for the group), provide an option to place a hold for the new patron. Right now, if you add a patron to the group after a hold has been placed, you still need to place the hold separately for the new patron. This feature would remove a few steps.
Use case:
1. Kathy Librarian creates a hold group with eight people who are in her book discussion group.
2. Kathy Librarian places a group hold on Cat Revenge Stories.
3. Tardy Patron joins the book group a few days later. The librarian adds Tardy to this book group.
4. After Tardy is added to the group, the system automatically prompts the librarian to place a hold for Tardy on Cat Revenge Stories. The librarian has the option to place the hold or not.
5. A few months later, after all Cat Revenge Stories have been fulfilled or canceled, Kathy Librarian adds a new patron who is joining the group for the spring read. Because all holds for Cat Revenge Stories have been handled, the system does not prompt Kathy to add place this hold on behalf of the new patron.
