(Item from 2023 Project Ideas) When searching in the staff client (without shelving location filter or availability modifier in use, in very modern versions), the results will include entirely empty bibs so that they can have items attached to them.
It would be good for non-cataloger staff searches to have the ability to filter these records out on demand without requiring the addition of a shelving location (or location group) filter, or the availability modifier.
There is a WIP branch that starts the back end work for this feature. It just needs the UI element (checkbox). Could potentially be bundled with other staff catalog improvements.
