The Oversight Committee is made up of organizational leaders from the ECDI member organizations and is focused on the governance of ECDI. The committee meets monthly.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate communication between ECDI and its partner institutions.
• Participate in meetings. Balance priorities of individual partners with overall ECDI priorities in discussion and voting.
• Serve as the finance and personnel committee for ECDI. 
• Approve an annual budget.
• Approve policy.
• Undertake strategic planning.
• Approve high-level development goals for ECDI.
